About the Institution
California is home to 2.3 million veterans, more than any other state in the country. Nearly 350,000 of those veterans are eligible to receive Montgomery GI Bill benefits to help them cover the cost of their college education. The CSU recognizes that when veterans combine their military experience with a college degree, they open the door to myriad opportunities. The CSU actively works to engage veterans and current military personnel to pursue higher education with its Troops to College program, which help veterans make use of all their educatiol benefits.
