About the Institution
The Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia is a leading academic business school. Located in Vancouver, rated by the Economist Intelligence Unit as the world's top city in its 2009 global liveability rankings, the school draws from the internationalism of the city and its Pacific Rim setting to provide a unique global business perspective. The school is situated in the heart of the UBC campus, home to forest, ocean and mountain vistas. A second campus, UBC Robson Square, is located in the heart of Vancouver's downtown peninsula. In 2009, a significant new alliance was formed between the Sauder School and the Faculty of Management at UBC Okanagan in Kelowna, British Columbia. The new alliance provides increased opportunities for research, knowledge and resources sharing, career services, and student mobility.
