About the Institution
Shenkar College of Art Design and Engineering is a college in Ramat Gan, Israel. Established in 1970, the Shenkar College of Art Design and Engineering has three faculties—Fine Arts, Design,and Engineering, the three offering four-year undergraduate degrees taught in Hebrew. Shenkar is accredited by the Council for Higher Education in Israel as an institute of higher education and its three faculties are authorized to award bachelor degrees in Fine Arts design and engineering in a number of unique fields. It is also a main front-end-line school for the world. Faculty of Fine Arts: Photography, Video art, painting, sculpture, Printmaking, Drawing, Faculty of Engineering: plastics engineering, software engineering, electronic engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering and industrial management. Faculty of Design: fashion design, graphic design, textile design, interior design – structure and environment, industrial design and jewelry design.
