About the Institution
The All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics (ARDIFE) was established in 1930 and now is one of the biggest educational establishments in economics in Russia. Its peculiarity is that it provides students with in-service training. It has a countrywide network of 20 branches. Many officials in regional government are alumni of our Institute. The training that the Institute offers has changed over the years, but our central mission remains the same: to offer students wanting to combine work and study with high quality education in economics. The Institute has made a substantial contribution to the professional training of students who combine work and study in leading financial and economic specializations. Today more than 70,000 students study at the Institute, including 10,000 students in Moscow. As a result of our well-qualified teaching staff our Institute has been ranked among the top ten higher education institutions in Russia for economics. The Institute is highly rated among financial experts, accountants and senior managers. Most students apply to our Institute on the recommendation of their business partners and CEOs. The Institute meets the challenges of the 21st century. We make great use of our modern educational technologies centre, department of innovation development in academic activity and IT department.
