What do you mean by tertiary education?

This refers to third stage, third level, or post-secondary education. It is the level of education that proceeds high school, Secondary School, pre-college or pre-university preparation. In some countries this takes the form of a national certificate as it does in the Caribbean with the Caribbean Examination Counsel "CXC - O'level" or the West African Examination Certificate in west African countries.

In other words this is the next step in professional  development. 

How do I choose the right University or College?
